The Challenge

David Zwirner is a contemporary art gallery with locations in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Hong Kong, representing over seventy artists and estates.

The gallery engaged Synergy, working alongside renowned architectural design firm Studio Razavi, to design and renovate their Paris gallery space – to preserve the building’s historic architectural features—most prominently the “Eiffel-style” skylight .

Synergy was tasked with ensuring that all the gallery’s IT systems would function optimally from day-one, whilst remains sympathetic to the aesthetic principles established by the architect.

The Solution

Synergy worked with the gallery and other stakeholders to architect and integrate a leading-edge technical solution, comprising redundant multigigabit internet distributed using the latest Cisco Wi-Fi  technology, protected with advanced security, interfacing with surveillance and physical security.

Synergy delivered the project to the agreed specification and in time for the gallery’s  inaugural exhibition by Chris Ofili in October  2024
